A lot of growth work stalls in the planning stage. Strategy decks get built, workshops get scheduled, and months pass before anything a customer can actually see goes live. We built our process specifically to avoid that — your first working system is live within 30 days, not somewhere on a roadmap.

That doesn't mean rushing. It means front-loading the decisions that matter and refusing to let a long plan substitute for actual progress. Here's what the four steps look like in practice.

1. Diagnose

Before anything gets built, we map how people — and AI — currently discover, evaluate and decide on businesses like yours. That means looking honestly at where you're being found, where you're being skipped, and which gap, if closed, would move your business the most. Most businesses have one or two real bottlenecks, not ten. Finding the real one is the point of this step.

2. Build

Once we know the priority, we design and build the specific systems that close it — whether that's brand consistency, AI answer visibility, a self-optimising ad system, or an adaptive website. We build these as one connected setup rather than isolated deliverables, because a brand that's inconsistent undermines AI visibility, and a website that doesn't adapt undermines everything upstream of it.

3. Launch

Your first working system goes live within 30 days of starting. This is a deliberate constraint, not a marketing line — it forces us to ship something real early, rather than presenting a plan and asking you to trust it. You see what's changing from week one, not after a quarter.

4. Learn

Growth work isn't a one-time build. Once live, we track what's working weekly and adjust continuously — creative that isn't landing, an AI answer that's citing a competitor instead of you, a page that isn't converting. One clear report goes out every week: what changed, what's working, what we're doing next.

Why the 30-day constraint matters

Long ramp-ups usually exist to manage risk on the agency's side, not to serve the client. A tight, first-system deadline forces focus on the one thing that will actually move your business, instead of a broad plan that looks comprehensive but doesn't ship anything you can point to. If you want to see how this maps onto what we actually build, our What We Do page breaks down the seven systems this process applies to.
